Hi, Welcome to my site.
Below there is a bit of information about me and what I am doing. But in a nutshell, I have now set up my new clinic and I am working there full-time. Vet4life, Teddington is just everything I hoped for and I am so pleased with how it is going. Come and say “hello” some time soon!
Ian
I have been a Veterinary Surgeon since I graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1998. After a brief stint of mixed practice in North Yorkshire I have been working as a small animal vet in SW London and Surrey. For the last 9 years I have been working in Barnes as a partner with one of the largest Veterinary Groups in the country.
I have now set up a New, Independent Small-Animal Clinic in Teddington called Vet4Life. It has been a life-long ambition to set up my own veterinary clinic and I am very happy to have had the opportunity to make it happen. I want to take all the good parts of practice found with a large group such as access to first-class facilities but ensure that I retain the personal, caring and community based spirit that first enthralled me with this profession. I believe I can build on my experiences and with your support create a great practice to ensure the continued health and comfort of our much loved family members.
I have interests in several areas of small animal surgery and medicine but in particular, I like diagnostic imaging, orthopaedic surgery, and oncology (cancer treatment). I am also interested in key-hole surgery and its use to make procedures including spays and biopsies more comfortable and the recovery quicker.
Please feel free to contact me at mail@vet4life.co.uk with any questions, comments or suggestions. I would also love to hear from you if you have any great animal stories or just to let me know how your pet is getting on. I am always available to give help and advice on any pet health or behaviour related topics.
